Abstract. According the auctorial concept, cultural experience and spiritual legacy of historical Russia constitute the foundation of cultural identity and stipulate development of both individual and modern society. In our days, appeal to national cultural values becomes the vital need while implementation of genuine humanitarian strategy for development of the Russian educational system guarantees progress to the Future.
