Orthodox values and russian legal culture
Abstract. The article reveals some peculiar features of legal culture in comparison to European sense of justice. It justifies the position according to which formation of legal culture in Russia is closely connected to the influence of traditional values which were translated from one generation to another due to the determining role of Orthodox belief in the life of a Russian person.
