Ethos of everyday russian ife in the context of globalization: conceptual description and stages of development
Abstract. The article examines the influence of the peculiarities of the ethos, habit and mentality of Russian culture on the solution of two key tasks of modern Russian society – the implementation of secondary industrialization in the conditions of the incomplete modernization processes of the 20th century and the development of the foundations of the information society.

Key words: modern Russian society, ethos, habitus, mentality, secondary modernization, de-industrialization, information society, cultural genotype of the nation.
