Museum in the main house of S.M.Rukavishnikov
Abstract. The article discusses the fate and functioning of the historical building, the mansion of S.M. Rukavishnikov (1875-1877) in Nizhny Novgorod, practical experience of its museification during and after the complex restoration, which was carried out in 2007-2010. There is a special approach to museum use of the palace-type architectural monument.
