Sociocultural factors of development of modern Russian corporate culture
Abstract. The article is devoted to axiological foundations that are significant for the current stage of development of Russian society and the normative and value regulations formed on their basis in the field of material and spiritual production in the domestic corporate culture. Attempts to subordinate Russian corporate culture to Western models of functioning as formalized and informal institutions, and to transform post-Soviet Russia into a deep periphery of Europe turned into a setback caused by the revival of the sovereignty of Russian society and the state based on the preservation of the axiological core of the Russian mentality in the geopolitical, geo-economic and geocultural space of the world system. At the same time, the Russian corporate culture is far from encapsulation and isolation, is open to all the positive achievements of world science and practice, and is able to perceive and creatively adapt the achievements of Western civilization to Russian specific historical conditions and realities.

Key words: corporate culture, civilization, axiology, value core of culture, individualism, collectivism.
