UDC 130.2 Troshin A. Message in a tight regulation of the linguistic norm. Comments to the artifact of the 1950s. Absract. The article is aimed to formulate the problem of mutual influence of writing systems and the development of culture in the context of the Soviet economics in the 1950s. Different types of communities are considered through the prism of their language - those that were based on the allocation of identity from collective and those that were based on the leveling of the individual.
