The Memorial Space of the Russian Diaspora as a phenomenon of national and world culture

Abstract. The article analyzes the memorial space of the Russian diaspora as a part of the common cultural space of Russia and the Russian world. The focus of the study is memorial culture - the culture of memory, which is considered on a variety of empirical material from Russian memorial sites existing abroad: necropolises, war memorials, monuments of monumental art, memorial museums, objects of Orthodox, civil, military-defensive architecture, etc.
