Abstract. The article considers the problem of Russian civilization. The proposed definition of civilization`s code, which is seen in the relationship of three components – identity, values and culture. Identity considered at three levels – individual, social, and spiritual. The proposed concept of Russian humanism, which aims to return the person to the harmonious integrity in relation to all the abilities of consciousness and interrelated complex of traditional identities. Theoretical calculations allow us to draw some important practical conclusions and recommendations for cultural policy in Russia.
