Experience in mapping historical and cultural objects as a form
of preservation of historical memory
Abstract. Article based on the materials of the speech at the All-Russian scientific and practical conference «Actual forms and methods of using cultural heritage objects in the tourism sector as a means of strengthening the civilizational identity of Russian regions» at the Heritage Institute on April 13, 2023.

The author considers a number of cartographic works that can be used to plan tourist routes in Russia, and also show the location of historical and cultural monuments that you can get acquainted with.

Key words: tourism, domestic tourism, educational tourism, religious tourism, historical and cultural sites, mapping, tourist infrastructure facilities.
