Abstract. Today, the problem of global future, its configuration and quality characteristics excites not only intellectuals. An increasing number of people feel the increasing threats to the survival of mankind. The article explores a possibility of targeted effects on socio-natural systems, the purpose of which would be to prevent the apocalypse in the limit-state of the world – at the chaos point and to retain mankind in the situation of techno-bio-humanitarian balance.
