UDC 34.2 Urmina I. Sociocultural environment of the modern organization Abstract. In the article are considered sociocultural aspects of functioning of the organization as institutional unit, features and modern characteristics of sociocultural organization environment (as internal and external), and sociocultural aspects of management are opened also. It analyzes the forming process of positive constructive relations as the basement for problem's situation decision.
