Intellectual activity and attitude to work in the memories of the Solovki prisoners

Abstract. Labor and intellectual activities occupy an important place in the memories and epistolary heritage of Solovki prisoners of the twentieth century. Addressing to these cross-cutting themes reveals peculiarities of human behavior and the cultural traditions that allows people to maintain human dignity and personal integrity in the harsh conditions of detention.
