Abstract. The author argues that existing organisational theories do not give a clear idea about the structural relations between members of organisation in various sociocultural situations related to its activity, for example in the situation of transformation, or about the dynamics of their behaviour that depends on the situational character of general and specific problems. It is supposed that the interdisciplinary approach joining sociological and cultural anthropological methods can be used to consider forms, structures, and the contents of corporate life within the organization.
Key words: socio-cultural situation, organisation, cultural sociology, corporate culture
