On Possibility of Measuring Culture Effectiveness

Abstract. The article is dedicated to the problem of applying mathematical modelling for analysing effectiveness of both particular organisations or cultural institutions and the cultural sector as a whole. The theoretical approaches and math models proposed by the author for assessing efficiency of the anthropo-soсio-cultural systems and their particular elements, are reinforced by materials, which made it possible to approve these models on statistical data.
