Research of corporate culture in Russia: expert assessments
of existing practices
Abstract. Corporate culture in Russia has become a practical tool with a direct impact on key management indicators. Particular attention is being paid to emerging trends in corporate culture transformation: its shift from traditional corporatism and teamwork toward personalization and an individual approach. The purpose of this article is to examine these trends in corporate culture change in the context of existing management practices in modern organizations. The study revealed that, following global trends, corporate culture in Russian companies is transforming, becoming more human-centered, adaptive, and flexible. Managers also find it valuable to obtain information from employees through expert surveys. This feedback serves as a tool for fine-tuning further actions and stages of transformation, allowing them to integrate the value preferences of both the entire company and its specific divisions.
