UDC 331.101+001.8 Mamedov F. Human Capital: Prospects of Culturological Approach for Its Analysis and Evaluation Abstract. The author analyses the established approaches to the human capital analysis and proposes the culturological method for studying nature, character, and capacity of human capital seen as a vehicle of the historical, social, and cultural progress and a propellent of innovation. The “culturological pyramid” method can be also applied for systemic cultural analysis of strategic issues concerned with the human capital development, which are of practical importance for public administration.
