Cultural Discourse within the Context<br>of Contemporary Social Transformations

Abstract. The title of the review reproduces that one of the noticed book by Oleg Neretin that was published in Moscow in 2012. The review analyses the auctorial interpretation of the notion “culturological discourse” and the role of informational and communicational potential in shaping state contemporary strategies in cultural policies.
